My daughter was released from the hospital today

What a week it has been! I came home after getting her settles and slept like the dead for three hours straight. She is better and home.

Prayers are answered.

This has been a very bad christmas for a lot of reasons. One of them is that we have spent last night and today in the hospital with our oldest daughter. We are waiting to find out what is wrong. She is in a lot of pain.

I never got our of bed today. I feel ehh. My head hurts, my throat is scratchy. Not sick, just tired. I didn't even go to my team meeting today, and I never miss those.

I hope tomorrow is better.

I really should work on my homework...

I did do a few things for work today, but I still have some things to do.

Ok, I feel stressed now, and scattered.

Deep breath in and out.

I think I am going to start Yoga again.

Son's protection

I don't know what happened today, but my phone rang off the hook with bad news, layoffs, illness, impending loss. My heart hurts with worry for my friends.

Pretty good weekend. I finished my homework today. Usually, I am rushing to get things done the day of class. I am taking "Accounting for Managers" this module. I have to read and re-read the chapters to try and get it into my head. This is week 3 of 5. Two more weeks and I get a three week break. I can't wait!

I have to work late on Tuesday. Lots going on this week. I had a great week last week. Things are looking up I think.

Trying to create and stick to a budget. I need to cut expenses and save more. I have reached the age where I am beginning to panic for my retirement.

My eyes are heavy. Off to finish watching "Cold Case" and sleepy time.
