I am still recovering from having my wisdom teeth removed last week, and still on pain killers, so I spent the day in front of the tv, drifting in and out. This has made for a surreal and not unpleasant day.
I thought Michelle Obama's outfit was gorgeous. Reminded me of the outfits Doris Day used to wear in her old movies with the matching coat. Didn't love the green gloves and shoes though. Also, is it just me or is Rick Warren kinda sleazy looking? I see a scandal in his future. What was up with Aretha Franklin's hat? How does she find this stuff? I bet it was expensive too.
The Obama girls were just gorgeous. So well behaved and happy and sweet. The oldest looks tall for 10. How exciting for them. I hope that their Dad being President is only a blessing for them.
I hope that President Obama gets the economy back on track by next week, I need a job!
